These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Zeus Fuel Tracker service ("Service") provided by Power of Zeus ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Zeus Fuel Tracker is a web application that helps farms and fleet operators record fuel purchases, transfers, storage levels, machine consumption, and related evidence. Power of Zeus owns and operates the Service.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. Individuals must be of legal age to enter into a contract.

3. Accounts and credentials

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you may not: (a) use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) send spam or infringe intellectual-property rights; (c) probe, scan, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service; (d) upload malware; (e) scrape the Service or its data.

5. Intellectual property

Power of Zeus retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, documentation, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your subscribed plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of data and files you upload. You grant Power of Zeus a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Service level

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Payment, subscription, tax and refunds

Payment, billing, tax, cancellations, and refunds for the Service are handled by our reseller Paddle. Please refer to the Paddle Buyer Terms for the applicable terms, and to our Refund Policy for how to request a refund.

9. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: (a) material breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment; (c) suspected fraud or security risk; or (d) repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify Power of Zeus against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Power of Zeus is established. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
