Rental & Refund Policy

Power of Zeus provides the Zeus Fuel Tracker service (the “Service”) on a 30-day rental basis. Each payment grants you access to the Service for 30 days from the date of payment. By subscribing, you are renting access to the software for the current 30-day period, not purchasing a perpetual licence.

Cancellation and continued access

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing panel inside the Service. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current 30-day rental period. No partial refund is given if you cancel part-way through the 30-day period.

Refunds

Because each payment is for a 30-day access period, refunds are not provided for partial use or change of mind once the rental period has started.

The only exception is where the Service becomes materially unavailable due to a software malfunction on our side that prevents you from logging in or using the core features of the app. This exception does not cover issues caused by your internet connection, device problems, browser settings, or outages of third-party services outside our control.

If you believe you qualify for a software-malfunction refund, contact us within 30 days of the issue. We will investigate and, if the issue is confirmed, process a refund or credit for the affected rental period.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Contact Power of Zeus support at powerofzeus.support@gmail.com or through the Service, and describe the software malfunction you experienced.
2. We will review the issue and forward approved refund requests to Paddle for processing.

What happens next

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by card issuer or bank but typically take a few business days.

Free trial

The 14-day free trial requires no payment. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, no charge is made.

Hardware

Zeus provides software connections for compatible customer-owned fuel-level sensors. Hardware purchases and returns remain subject to the chosen supplier's terms.
