Frequently asked questions
Is the subscription per user?
No. Subscriptions are purchased per company workspace. Your plan sets the limits for machines, users, administrators and designable administrators inside that workspace.
What happens when we reach a limit?
Zeus enforces the limits automatically. You can either move to a higher plan or add an Add-on Pack for exactly the capacity you need.
Are fuel transactions limited?
No. Every plan includes unlimited fuel transactions, so accurate recording never costs more.
Is developer access included?
Yes. Developer access is included by default on every subscription.
Can we pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing means you pay for 10 months and receive 12 — a saving of 16.7%.
Is our data shared with other companies?
Never. Each workspace is isolated. Anonymous litres-per-hour benchmarking is optional and only active if your developer explicitly opts in.
Does Zeus work offline in the field?
Zeus is built mobile-first for weak connectivity, and records sync as soon as a connection is available.
Can we export everything?
Yes. Full Excel export including attachments, plus monthly evidence archives, are available at any time.
Why can only Official Zeus hardware be activated?
Zeus GPS Trackers and Zeus Smart Fuel Tank Sensors are pre-registered by Power of Zeus with a unique Registration and Activation Code. Only Official Zeus hardware purchased through Power of Zeus can be activated — third-party devices are blocked to guarantee data accuracy, security and supported integrations. If your code is not accepted, contact Power of Zeus Support.
